 The Philippine-American Association of Madison and Neighboring Areas (PAMANA) consists of hundreds of families and individuals primarily from Madison and south-central Wisconsin who are dedicated to promoting cultural understanding and goodwill among members and the community at large. PAMANA members and volunteers strive to achieve these goals through participation in social, cultural and educational activities along with supporting humanitarian efforts both locally and abroad.  Every year, PAMANA sponsors
key events and celebrations that provide members and guests with an
opportunity to meet with others new to the community, renew
connections to Philippine culture, enjoy both professional and
home-grown entertainment, and
best of all, feast on a smorgasbord of scrumptious Philippine food
expertly prepared by some of our most experienced chefs!

A primary PAMANA goal is to reach out to everyone who wishes to have connections to the Philippines or Filipino people. All are encouraged to become active members of PAMANA. Together, we will continue to be visible in our community as we strengthen our ties and pass along our innate culture. We especially encourage children to participate in PAMANA functions as they will be the ones who will carry our legacy and traditions into the future. Let us join hands to teach them the pride of an indestructible heritage.
